Qualified Employee of Physical Protection
Preparation for proper performance of tasks related to protection of persons and property as well as obtaining an entry on the list of qualified security personnel. Completion of this course is necessary to obtain a firearm permit.

After completing the course you will have the right to:
- The use of direct coercive measures,
- Supervise transport of monetary values,
- Execute personal protection of individuals,
- Supervise unlicensed individuals,
- Compose a protection plan
- Accomplish protection of objects subject to mandatory protection,
- Establish your own licensed security agency.
A European Union citizen, the Swiss Confederation and an European Free Trade Association members state may apply for the protection license and the detective license.

Proficiency training for qualified security personnel
A qualified employee of physical protection is obliged to undergo the same training every 5 years to renew their license.

- acquaintance and interpretation of all legal regulations regarding performing detective services
- acquaintance and interpretation of legal regulations concerning the Police, Border Guard, Internal Security Agency, AW, Courts and prosecutor's office
- selected aspects of law (constitutional, criminal, criminal trial, civil, family, guardianship),
- selected aspects of criminology, forensic science, victimology, forensic psychology
- protection of classified information, protection of personal data
- practical aspects of detective operations (collection of information, observation of people, place and objects)
- cooperation with other entities while executing detective services
